Easter Outreach
With wonderful sunny weather, our outreach into the community was a great success. We spoke to many about Jesus, handing out gift packs filled with the Easter story and some chocolate treats. We prayed for people's health with wonderful healing taking place! We also took the opportunity to feed the homeless in the area, and spent some time chatting with them, letting them know that they are valuable to God. Our church really do love being able to bless people, and we thank God for being with us as we spread the love of Christ. |

Passover Event
Our Passover meal was a delicious trip back to the Last Supper. We enjoyed a tender roast lamb as we learned the sequence of the traditional way that the Jewish people celebrate this feast. As our guest speaker, Neil Owen, led us through the event we discovered the significance of the bitter herbs, the flat bread and the wine (well... okay, it was fizzy grape juice), and we found new representation of the freedom that Christ's sacrifice gives to us all through the story of God freeing the Israelite nation from Egypt. |

God TV Dinner
A fantastic opportunity came up for Pastor Andrew and our Media Leader Jessica, to attend an event hosted by God TV. We met other pastors, ministry leaders and organisations with such a beautiful heart for Jesus. In particular, we were blessed to learn about a human rights movement from the people we were sat with, and they were inspirational to talk with. We thank God for giving us these divine appointments, and look forward to seeing what doors this may open up in the future! |

Christmas Outreach
We had such a great time handing out free New Testament Bibles and chocolates to the public at Chineham Shopping Centre on December 22nd. It was such a brilliant opportunity to really been able to connect with our community and were greatly encouraged by how open people were to conversations about God. There were some awesome testimonies to come out of this outreach, and we look forward to doing many more in the future. Also, we look pretty fabulous in our Santa hats... |
